WORLD'S FIRST FAMILY BUSINESS BOOTCAMP

Wendel International Centre for Family Enterprise (WICFE) and Family Business Network (FBN) Academy sponsor the world’s first Family Business Bootcamp in 2014.

Why?

This Bootcamp is designed by Professor Randel S. Carlock, one of the world’s leading family business experts, for next generation family members interested in leadership, ownership or governance in their family businesses.

Instead of the traditional lecture based model, this experiential learning based Bootcamp is about skills, attitude and sharing experiences with other next generation family business members. The Bootcamp will help you explore your intellectual, emotional and spiritual connections to your family business and identify new options to make the family business a more meaningful part of your life.

Who?

Professor Randel Carlock from INSEAD led the Bootcamp for 30 attendees, together with Professor Gaia Marchisio from FBN Academy, and other next generation coaches facilitating the breakout groups at each table.

Entry to the Bootcamp is at the discretion of the Bootcamp committee. Acceptance to the Bootcamp is not transferable, except by approval of the committee. Instructions for payment will be provided upon acceptance.

FBN Academy is a one-stop learning hub for all stakeholders of the family business eco-system.  Working with institutions and experts in the family business and sustainability space on research and capacity development, the Academy integrates old wisdom, learned skills and new knowledge to effect transformational change. FBN Academy is an initiative of FBN Asia. www.fbnasia.org
